Sameer Jalundhwala is an executive partner in IBM’s Cognitive Process Transformation business. A seasoned business transformation and shared services professional, Sameer has over 25 years of experience. He has significant expertise in the transformation of systems and processes, as well as building, managing and outsourcing shared service centres. Having previously worked on the client side as a regional CFO with Orange, Sameer now leads sales and solution teams in the Finance practice at IBM. He is a passionate exponent of next-gen shared services and the emerging cognitive enterprise of the future – an organisation where exponential technology and new ways of working come together to generate greater business differentiation, agility and outcomes.
